Who can view the statistics overview?

 

The statistics overview shows a leaderboard and statistics summary of the users / group(s) selected. 

How to see the statistics overview

To get started you need to have a search result. After that, click / tap "Show statistics overview"

  • Depending on the search you made you will see the leaderboard. Per default it will show outbound, inbound - answered & inbound - abandoned per agent in the group

  • The statistics overview presents how the users have performed in the group. You can see how the group has performed as well as the agent.
