Manage VIP Numbers and Blocked Calls

The VIP & Blocked Numbers feature makes it easy to manage incoming calls. By adding VIP numbers, important calls can get through even when you're busy or have “Do Not Disturb” enabled. Blocked numbers and country codes are used to automatically stop unwanted calls – for example, from specific contacts or international prefixes.

The feature is available to all users via the personal settings.

Who can use this feature?
All users with access to personal settings can manage VIP numbers and call blocking directly in the interface – no admin privileges required.

How to do it

  1. Click the gear icon, then go to Personal Settings.
  2. Click Phone & Conference and then select VIP & Blocked Numbers.

Add or Remove a VIP Number

VIP numbers are allowed to bypass your activity status by default.
You can adjust this per activity if you don’t want VIP calls to come through in certain situations.

  1. Click the field labeled “Enter VIP Number”.
  2. Choose a number to mark as VIP, or type it in manually.
  3. Want to remove a VIP number? Deselect it in the list by clicking the cross icon.

Block or Unblock a Specific Number

Calls from blocked numbers are automatically blocked.
When you remove a number from the list, calls from that number will be allowed again.

  1. Click the field labeled “Blocked Numbers”.
  2. Choose a number to block or type it in manually.
  3. Want to remove the block? Deselect it in the list by clicking the cross icon.

Block or Unblock Country Codes

Calls from these country codes are automatically blocked.
This helps prevent spam from certain geographic regions. When a country code is removed, calls from that region will be allowed again.

  1. Click the field labeled “Select Country Code”.
  2. Choose a country code from the list or type in the one you want to block.
  3. Want to unblock a country code? Deselect it in the list by clicking the cross icon.
