What's new?

  • We like to stay ahead of the game, and now we’re proud to offer you the latest AI technology that not only sounds smart—it actually makes us smarter and more productive!

    Conversation Intelligence records, transcribes, and even summarizes all phone calls—in text format that’s delivered directly to you in your call log once the call is completed.

    This information is, of course, searchable so you can look up the details of a call you almost forgot about.

    CI is available for both individual users and call groups. CI is an add-on service that you can read more about here (coming soon).
  • As part of our product vision to integrate UCaaS¹, CCaaS², and AI, we are proud to present the first version of Contact Center in the app!

    You can now manage cases directly in the app. In our initial release, cases (or “tickets,” as they’re called in English) can come from the following channels:
    • Chat
    • Answer groups (phone calls)
    Additionally, you can now activate a web widget to offer chat as an option for your customers on your website.

Fixes & changes

  • You can now control mobile notifications through your activity status.

    For example, if your status is "Available" and you're sitting in front of your computer, it can be nice to avoid notifications on your phone.
